New York Ballot Proposals 2024. In november 2024, new yorkers won’t just be voting for our elected officials — we’ll also have the chance to shape our city’s future through six ballot proposals. This proposal would protect against unequal treatment based on ethnicity, national origin, age, disability, and sex, including sexual orientation, gender identity and pregnancy.
